Line 1
Starts from Piazzale Roma, goes through Canal Grande, and terminates at the Island of Lido, before heading back to Piazzale Roma.
Runs once every 20 minutes from 5am till 11:30pm, which is the last Vaporetto from Piazzale Roma. The last departure from Lido is at 11.12pm.
Starts at the Rialto Bridge and terminates at St. Marks Square, stopping at the central station Santa Lucia, Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto, and Island Giudecca along the way.
The Vaporetto runs from 5am until midnight, with a bus leaving every 12 minutes.
From Murano, the Vaporetto reaches Cemetery Island, followed by Venice Fondamente Nove. From here, line 4.1 takes a counter-clockwise route around Venice, going toward Central Station and Giudecca Island, finally terminating at Murano.

Line 6 runs every day of the week, except Sunday between 6:20am and 8:20pm, in intervals of 20 minutes. The last departure from Piazzale Roma is at 7.20pm and the last departure from Lido is at 8.20pm.

This line is seasonal, and non-functional from November to April. The line runs every 30 minutes from San Fisola between 8:15am to 10.45am on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only. The return line runs from Lido every 30 minutes between 5:09pm to 7:39pm on the same days.
This line starts and ends at the island of Lido. It stops at Giardini, San Marco and Zattere along the way.
Operational from Monday to Saturday, with the first water bus departing from Lido at 7:13am and the last bus from Zattere at 2:24pm. This line has a frequency of once every 30 minutes.
This line from Lido to Chioggia combines a Vaporetto and bus journey for its passengers. At the Santa Maria Elisabetta (SME) stop, you will have to embark on a bus to cross the island of Lido, and cover the rest of the journey to Chioggia via Vaporetto.
Runs every 60 minutes between 12:25am - 5:50am, and 8:30pm - 11:25pm. It runs more frequently every 30 minutes between 5:50am - 8:30pm. The 12.25am ride only occurs on Saturday and Sunday nights, and the night of a holiday.
