You can just get in and "ship" off without thinking twice. Unfortunately, the vaporettos were on strike when we arrived, so we had to walk everything with our suitcases 😬.

The ticket could be booked online in advance. Picking it up at the designated machine with the assigned code worked well. The tickets always worked reliably. The individual lines have a good frequency and are very reliable.

Every little detail as every corner is special.... Then in Burano it was great with the colors and eating at the sports bar....

Enjoyed the ease of getting on and off when needed and not having to worry about getting a separate ticket at each time we wanted to go somewhere. If in doubt about which taxi to get on, there was always somebody around to answer a question..

Perfect way to see Venice . Use it as you would a hop on hop off. From circumnavigating on the 4+5 routes to enjoying the inner mini cruises on the 1+2 no better way to see this exceptional unique city. Also the added bonus of being able to access the islands of Murano and Burano on the same ticket it really is value for money and more.. I would highly recommend 👌it.

It was FASCINATING!!!! I stayed 5 days and bought the Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus & Mainland Bus Pass for 7 Days. Very practical, I traveled with the Vaporeto several times a day, and even went to Murano, Burano, and Lido (didn't need another pass) . The hotel was in Mestre, and the buses ran all night, even on weekdays.

Venice, I had visited before and many years ago I was also there for the Carnival. This time the one that fascinated me was Burano with its little houses one after the other, painted in bright colors that on a day of so much sun makes them very pretty and puts you in a good mood

The Vaporettos are simply fantastic. They are punctual, reliable, run frequently and have a very dense network. The app makes it easy to find suitable connections. For strangers, it is sometimes a little confusing to know which pontoon to take.

Easy access to vaporetto and buses thanks to this pass. Too bad we had to pay for 7 days when we only stayed 5 in Venice.

We used lines 1-3. The 2-day ticket was well worth it.

It was very easy to travel between Mestre and Venice, debtro of Venice and visit to Murano and Burano included. It does not work to go to the airport, a pity.

It's a beautiful building and the art was amazing. The audio tour was confusing. We often didn't know which room to be in until she started the description and history of the room.

Great visit. We liked being able to go anytime during the selected day. We went in the afternoon. Not very crowded. We did not really use the audio guide too much. A little clunky to navigate and our phone batteries were low. Would have preferred to use equipment from the venue vs our phones.

We were delighted with the palace. It was great and the entrance fee was justified. There is an elevator on request for people with walking disabilities. Very friendly staff.

We opted for a single entry ticket, but without an audioguide. At first, we had to queue for a few minutes, but soon the museum staff came to collect us with our special tickets. This type of ticket gives you access to the entrance courtyard, the many halls of power, and rooms displaying armor and weapons. You'll cross the Bridge of Sighs, which is a kind of tunnel, to access the prisons on the two lower floors. You won't be able to visit the rooftop cells where Casanova was held, or the secret itinerary rooms.

Simply beautiful - you MUST have seen it! Great with audioguide ! Also very moderate prices in the coffee house !

We had a wheelchair and so started the tour on the upper floor. We could not easily sync the audio guide with our location. Finally we just read the written descriptions in each room.

Entry with the skip the line feature was wonderful-we just walked right in. The palace is a must see-it was beautiful and the legal history was so interesting

It was hard to get the audio. A very nice girl worked with us for about 20 and finally got it. It had very interesting information and was worth it once we got it to work.

Doge Palace was amazing. The ceilings, artwork and carvings were beautiful. Palace was bigger than expected and not very crowded. The ticket got me in every section except the temporary exhibit. One of the few times when the ticket price was completely worth it.

Skip the line tickets were great as we had no waiting, just walked straight in. Easy directions to follow inside the palace for our self guided tour. If you want to see the art gallery then you have to pay a discounted fee of 2 euro per person. Overall loved the Palace & would recommend this activity as a must do in Venice.

We were able to bypass the very long queue and enter the palace immediately. The visit was really worthwhile. The staff at the Doge's Palace were very helpful, as my husband has a handicap, we were allowed to take the elevator, But the man in their office in Venice was very unfriendly!

Having these tickets made getting into the attraction really easy with little to no queuing. We had a lovely couple of hours going round the palace and found it interesting even without a formal guide taking us round.

The ticketing and entry process was easy! The Doges Palace is a hidden gem yet so very obvious! Really enjoyed the experience.

File cut appreciable. The Doges' Palace is a must-see in Venice. 30 euros is the entrance fee. Allow a minimum of 2 hours, or even 3. We recommend it.

The vaporettos are a great experience, as they take us everywhere for 48 hours, and the special tickets for the Doge's Palace allowed us to enjoy the visit without waiting.

We appreciated how few people there were to enter the palace with our queue-cutting ticket. Good experience to discover this magnificent place. A French audio guide would be a plus.

Quick and easy online booking. A beautiful place to visit, €5 online audio guide with 36 points of interest. A nice cafe on site, too. It was a highlight of our trip to Venice.

The ticket worked fine, but it would have been cheaper to buy it on the spot. It also didn't save time since you have to collect it from the ticket machine anyway.

Skip the line ticketing is the way to go, given the line up of people we saw purchasing tickets. The all day ACTV pass is handy. We had an issue with evening riding. The spot at P. De Roma not the same dock, and no indication to use another one. The return trip from san Marco at S. Zaccaria didn't go where we anticipated it to go, and fortunately it ended up at a stop near us. But we were planning on getting off near the Accademia and walking back. So, better directions would be helpful, or people around to guide you, since the signage wasn't easy to understand.

Everything went perfectly, one very small sore point, I did not know where to change the reservation to a physical ticket, meeting a conductor in the streetcar and asking her for an explanation, I received a very dry and tending very much to the testy answer just because she told me she was not on duty. I repeat otherwise everything was ok

The price of the pass for 1 day is good if you want to go to the islands (Murano, Burano, Lido) and also see Venice by water (not to pay for gondollas).

Using the machines was a little hard to do the first time but was a whole lot easier the second time. Saved us time so we didn't have to get in the purchase ticket line.

Not being able to download the QR code for shuttle bus airport to Venice until it was nearly time to leave for airport VERY STRESSFUL. Thankfully everything worked out. Travel is already stressful. Don't make it worse by delays when people try to book in good time.

The ticket is for "all people". Not priority which is not clearly marked or obvious in a crowded rainy bus station. It's not clear especially for first time guests that you have to go to an "all people" entrance.

Very interesting 1-day pass if you take more than 3 vaperetto trips during the day, which was our case. Venice is magnificent and unique, but unfortunately there are far too many visitors. The number of visitors really needs to be regulated.

Convenient, I just hadn't understood that the La Fenice theater was not included in this ticket but just the audio guide for this tour....

The journey was fantastic except for the fact that we were leaving Venice for the airport instead of leaving the airport for Venice (all good things must end 😀). Only thing that would make this better is if I didn't have to trade my voucher in for an actual ticket, should be able to purchase the water bus ticket right on the app and have the ticket contained within, small inconvenience but not something that would stop me from using Headout again.

Took longer than expected to reach our stop in Venice . Could not really see out of the windows of boat unless standing up.

It was a quick trip to the airport from our hotel. More direction is needed to obtain the paper ticket needed for boarding from the correct office.

Everything was totally easy! Booking via smartphone and exchanging for analog tickets at the airport worked perfectly. We really enjoyed getting into the mood for our stay by crossing the water to San Marco.

Finding the kiosk for exchanging the voucher for tickets was easy. Finding and riding the boat was straightforward and the crew was helpful in guiding us to the correct stop.

Fabulous way to come into Venice. We loved seeing all of Miranda and Venice laid out in front of us and then the trip down the Grand Canal and under the Rialto bridge was amazing. À short walk from Ca Rezzonico stop brought us to our accommodation. On the journey back to the airport we all wanted to travel on the Water Bus again. Staff all very nice and helpful

Uncomplicated handling, contrary to what is stated in the description. It was not necessary to print out the booking. We got our tickets at the counter by showing our online booking. The staff on site and on the boat were friendly throughout. The trip was perfect

Buying and scheduling was easy. It was used in Switzerland and Italy with no questions asked. It is the cheapest way to travel. For trains which needs reservation, a separate payment is needed but also not expensive and also easy to do. This is the best option for travellers to Switzerland and accross Europe that does not opt for rental cars.

As I was training my g was stress freee , I have managed the time very well , where I think I should spend more time I did and took the next train . That is most amazing things with the pass

We found it very good, easy to use and in seconds you have all the possible combinations with the schedules. I took it for 10 days and had no problems with schedules and train combinations. I traveled through 3 countries without any inconvenience. Although on the high speed trains you have to pay for the seats, you still have to live with the costs. Believe me you save a lot of money.

Great experience beyond my expectation. Magnificent ceiling pictures in the Marcus duomo and great rooms in the Doge palace. Preparing with the tickets before the visit was the right thing to do.

Saint Marks Basilica is absolutely stunning. I have been to Venice a few times but only for the Benalli and have never made it into this church. This time I brought my parents and we did the main sights. It was incredibly busy though, I think the guided tour groups, should be limited to small grouos once in the church. There is just not the room for them. Apart from them, it is absolutely breathtaking, the amount of workmanship and Craft that has gone into this building. Goodness knows how they keep it safe with that level of tourists every day. We did book early, which is advisable as there were no tickets available once you had arrived in Venice. The Doges Palace, had an untied ticket so we could make our own way there when we were ready which I thought was excellent. Once again, such a beautiful building, and very much worth a visit.

By booking the events in Venice in advance, we saved a lot of time to experience other beautiful things in Venice.

Very good, except that it's not the real ticket, but you have to queue to get the ticket. Once you've got it, no problem. For the queue cutter and the bust. I'd recommend it.

These queue-skipping tickets were very useful; we only waited a few minutes to enter the Basilica, whereas with normal entry it would have taken a couple of hours. Also nice was the visit to the Ducal Palace where we were able to cross the Bridge of Sighs and visit the prisons. Highly recommended

even though the description says it included the audio guide at the basilica the lady at the audio guide booth said my ticket did not include one I had to pay another 28 euros can i claim this back ?

The ticket was available at the posted location and it allowed me to use the shorter line. But the quality of the audio guide was poor for St Mark's. I did not know there were different versions of the Audioguide. This one was put out by the tour company and only gave a summary, no details. I wish I had bought the one sold at the door.

All tickets were skip-the-line and saved a lot of time for us, we did not wait anywhere on queues and inside all went perfect. Great experience, very easy to use.

The basilica was beautiful and worth it but wish I would have known we had to go to an entirely different location to get our actual tickets, about 5 minutes past the basilica after already walking 25 minutes to get there with 2 teen daughters

This is ridiculous! I bought a rail ticket which I will use next year. I made a stupid mistake and bought it from Headout. It cost me more and now I am being asked stupid questions.

Beautiful tour and great price. However, it was not specified that at the meeting point we needed to go to the ticket office, rather I expected a recognizable person to take us directly to the boat. In addition, I had changed the time a week before with confirmation email and new tickets, but at the ticket office they told me we were marked for the earlier time and I by showing the new tickets I am told "the tickets say what they want". The guide unfortunately cannot hear well when he speaks in the boat.

Short time on every island. Toriccelo is totaly superflous. We werw constantly under pressure not to be late to board the boat due to the crowd.

Needed some transport from the city to the airport but didn't really want to get the train or bus as we were staying in St Marks square which is a long way from the stations. Easy to book online and compared to a taxi at 200 Euros it's geat value at 70Euros for two people. They pick up from the taxi rank and we're on time with a friendly reception. The boats hold about 10-12 people but plenty of room, the trip takes about 50 minutes to the airport from where we got on which is the furthest stop and picks others up on the way. Well recommended

Only way to enter the historic and beautiful city of Venice is by water taxi. You are missing the essence of the city if you do not use the water taxi. We made reservations at the H10 Palazzo Canova and the water taxi took us to its dock. You can feel the majestic city as you travel from the airport into the Grand Canal. The service was perfecto, thank you for your hospitality and great service.

The information about the meeting point and time came as announced. The departure was punctual and quick. The cab was not overloaded. You could have chosen the meeting point closer to the hotel, but that is probably often not possible in terms of coordination.

It's not easy to get to Venice from the airport and to try and figure it out once there is a nightmare. This solution took a lot of the stress out of it - all we had to do was find the right desk and off we went. Luckily, we stayed righ on the grand canal and the vaporetto stop was right in front of oyur hotel.

Early in the morning (7am) we did not locate your office and went directly to the pier. A wonderful gentleman tried calling your office but no one answered. He told us we would have to locate your office to get the voucher so my daughter backtracked to find your office. After an hour we did get our voucher. I think your instructions to locate your office could be clearer such as near Hertz office etc.

I went to the water taxi counter with the booking confirmation. There I was given the number of the departure dock and the number of the water cab. However, the cab driver then called my name and took us to the landing stage at St. Mark's Square. Everything was perfectly organized.

The water taxi was an amazing experience! With the wind in your hair and the sun on your face, gliding across the water towards beautiful Venice — it felt like a scene from a movie. Truly a memorable and special way to arrive. Highly recommended!

Everythinhg was correctly written. The receptionist called the local partner and showed us where the pick up point will be. There we met out driver.

I've never taken a boat to an airport before and it's an interesting experience. The ride was fine and certainly have no complaints at all.

The ride was good, the driver was very nice and punctual. However, it bothered me that you only get the pick-up time late in the afternoon the day before. We had to ask first.

Although it is a little complicated to find the office at the airport, everything else was very good. Short waiting time, fast transfer, comfort, very good attention from the driver of the taxi-motoscafo and, when we arrived at our destination, another employee helped us with our luggage. The description of how to get to the office is very poorly done. It is not specified that you have to go upstairs from the start. We waited on a bench for 30 minutes before leaving with the group, which we didn't expect.

ticket experience was as good as possible. I like the size of the boat compared to the larger alilaguna boats. The drop off docks can be a bit tricky, in gettting off the boat and in carrying suitcased down a narrow dock. And, when you fill the boat with 15 people, the time it takes from the airport to your destination is not much shorter than that for the Alilaguna boats. I thought the sharing would be with fewer people, perhaps involving only 2 or 3 stops.

Everything was smooth, went to the counter, expedited us to a boat, and we were on our way.

The taxi skipper was very helpful and polite. The we really enjoyed the trip around and to the airport
